Welcome to the Christian rant of my blog. This is the information page. I'm just gonna tell you a little bit about myself.

I am a Christian. To me, this means I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and he was the son of God. Before you start to judge me for this, I should probably tell you more about me.

I am a Christian, and I believe that gays should have equal rights.

I am a Christian, and I think we should not judge others for their religions. Leave them alone already, they have a different opinion, it doesn't mean they're wrong.

I am a Christian, and I swear like a sailor sometimes.

I am a Christian, and I do not often go to church because I get sick of the people who go to church. I'll let you in on a secret, all "Christians" are not always polite or nice. Some of them believe that if they go to church, they won't go to hell, but they can go to church and talk about other church goers behind their backs. It's ridiculous and needs to stop.

I am a Christian, and I do not care one way or another if the pledge of allegiance is said in our classrooms. Look, no kid wants to stand there and recite it anyway. I mean it's 8 o'clock in the morning, and they have enough to deal with.

I am a Christian, and I believe that to be the best I can be, I need follow these 10 simple rules.

1. You must not have any God but me.
2. You must not praise false gods.
3. You must not misuse the name of the Lord
4. Remember that Sunday is a holy day
5. Honor your father and mother
6. You shall not murder
7. Don't commit adultery.
8. Don't steal.
9. Don't be cruel to your neighbor
10. Don't be jealous of things that other people own.

Now I know that not everyone is Christian and not everyone believes the same things I do, but I think we can agree that cheating, stealing, murder, cruelty, and jealousy are bad and we just shouldn't commit them.

I am not saying I am perfect. I know that I sin. I know that I have lied, and been cruel, and not been nice to my parents and heaven knows I've sworn in the Lord's name. I am a Christian and I am also a sinner, a human, a daughter, an aunt, a godmother, a sister, a friend, an ally, and a student.

When I tell you I am Christian, and you might say you're an Atheist, then I will tell you that I don't care as long as we respect each other. I'm not gonna force my beliefs on you, because I believe that you would know yourself better than I would, and all I want from you is the same thing.
