Episode Disney

HI! Welcome to the Disney portion of this blog!!
So when you see this video on my blog, it means I'll be talking about Disney.

This is the Disney page, so I'm just gonna be describing what I'll be doing with this idea. Welcome to the world of pure imagination and heart. Started not so very long ago by Walt Disney, the Disney company today is probably one of the most outstanding there is. I have been watching the classic Disney films and Disney cartoons before I could even talk, and I probably have most of the Disney Classic Cartoons memorized by line or at least by song. I can't tell you how many times, I have quoted a Disney character or have sung "Colors of the Wind."

Going back to my childhood, you could find me sitting on my mother's broken ironing board, with her smaller broom pretending that the board was my canoe, the broom was my oar, and I was Pocahontas discovering the river of my dreams. Countless days she would find me having tea with the Mad Hatter in the back yard, pretending to be Ariel at the swimming pool, and often running through the small forest in the back yard pretending that I could just see sails peering over the sea.

I even had a Woody and a Buzz Light Year, the same toys Andy had. In fact I had tons of Disney toys, including magnetic Simba and Nala stuffed animals that kissed when they got too close, Little Mermaid Figurines, Aladdin Figurines, and  Disney Polly Pockets. (another obsession of mine)

I wore my Simba nighty whenever I got the chance, slept under a Pocahontas blanket with a matching pillowcase, and woke up to the sight of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves on my curtains. You could say I was a very Disney orientated child, but I grew up in the 90's, and as 90's kids know, you couldn't exactly get away from Disney back then. They were coming out with better and better movies and we were only too happy to beg our parents for the newest things.

I remember watching Aladdin....over and over and over again, and parents! I do mean over and over and over again. Not at random points throughout the day, oh no. I watched Aladdin, and as soon as the credits came on, I would stop the movie, and rewind it (YES REWIND IT!! No such thing as DVDs back then) and then watch it from the very beginning and I would do this until I had probably watched it more than 10 times in a row. Aladdin, as you probably have guessed, is one of my favorites. Even to this day.

Now, with this blog, I am not just going to be focusing on the ones that everybody knows about. You all know Aladdin, and Ariel, and Belle. Well I want to talk about them, but I also want to talk about Arthur, and Oliver, Todd, Bernard and Bianca! If you don't know who these characters are, then you're in for a treat.

With Disney, there is no such thing as TOO BIG, or TOO MUCH. Which is why this blog is also going to be focusing on Disney videogames, cartoons, theme parks, and related Disney things. So I hope you've made the commitment, because you are entering Wonderland, where there is no turning back.
